"Where can I start? I guess the best place would be at the beginning...
From the beginning of Keon's life he has suffered with this uncomfortable, painful condition. When he was about 2 - 6 months old, I would have to put socks on his hands and hope that he would not scratch himself during the night. There were times that I would try to stay up so that he would not scratch himself, but at one point I would fall asleep. Then I would awaken and find him covered in blood from head to toe. As he got older, the condition continued but he was able to stop scratching sometimes. People at the day care center and the church would shy away from him because, as you know, blood has this odor. Because he had something that they could not understand, they would make fun of him, so I would keep him as close to me as possible because I knew how they would treat him. They never thought about this as something that he could not control. As a kid, he could not help but notice how different people would treat him. One thing about Keon, if you ever were to meet him, he has a good heart and a big smile to go along with it. Keon never seen a stranger and always offered to help everyone. I guess its like if you don't have an understanding about something you will never be able to fix it or encourage others that "its ok I'm not here to judge you but to understand and maybe I can say some kind words" That's what I hope people would do."

As Keon became older, the condition he had all went away and the color of his skin would come back. At that point I thought "well that's it. It’s gone. It’s over with. Hooray!" But little did I know, it would never go away. It would be with him forever. it can be hard to understand the things that people go through if it does not affect you, how selfish we can be sometimes. if something goes away we tend to forget about it. Well with that said, Keon began to have flare-ups. I took him to the doctor. We began this regimen of "try this and that and maybe this can help maybe that" The end result, guess what - Nothing helped. At that point this condition began to get worse. He began to withdraw and lose weight At that point it became evident that he needed help. That is how i came about DermaTechRx’s website, searching the web. I didn't really have too many other placed to turn to so I said "let's give it a chance." Keon and I were looking at the different pictures on the website of people with the same condition. He asked "Mom why there not many black people on the site with this condition. My response was "Well I guess we'll have to change that." We ordered the products and started the program. We already seen a difference with his skin at this time. The condition, as you will possibly see from the pictures that I sent to the website is really bad. It will take a while but as I said, you can see the difference from the beginning of using the DermaTechRx product. It worked! Once we have achieved a total clearing of his skin we will begin the maintenance program but at this point all I can say is Thank God for DermaTechRx because without it my son would not have his smile again. Truly I can state this. I’m going to continue to take pictures of his improvement that I will continue to send to the website. I’ll say this one more time - this product has brought my son’s smile back. I hope that everyone that hears this story will truly realize that you can’t lose anything if you try the program and you follow the DermaTechRx regimen. You will see improvement. I did.
