When I transferred from a city to a country school in third grade, I had lice. It was so itchy. I learned that lice can jump quite far. Some kids entertained themselves by putting lice in their friends' hair. Some bonded by helping each other remove lice eggs from the hair. The old way of getting rid of it was to crush custard apple leaves in the kerosene and put the solution in the hair over night. The entire school did it on the same day to get rid of lice. Some boys shaved off their hair. Hope lice are all gone from Wonderland School, Mo-Mo. Please take care.
